What is Goodness?

What is goodness in the sight of the Father? I don’t think we humans
can even begin to understand what total goodness really is. Do I never
think an evil thought, do I never have a lustful or greedy heart, do I
truly love others more than my own life, do I know the exact way to my
Father’s house, or is my failure in thinking that I am good enough in my
own eyes? Are my sins hid from me, and am I deceiving myself in
thinking I have not done anything that is really evil in the sight of
the Father? The facts of our daily life tell us that all beasts on this
earth must eventually die, and death is the result of a failure in the
physical body, or in the spiritual soul. But we human beings think that
somehow this does not pertain to us. This is why our Father warns us
that all men have sinned and fall short of His glory. We humans stand
here, cast down out of heaven to this lowly earth, because we are not
worthy to stand in the Father’s house.

The Father knew from before the beginning of the world that we would not
be able to overcome the world on our own, but through our knowledge we
would be able to see what is required to shed the evil nature of the
earthly beast, and to put on the pure goodness which is required in our
Father’s house. From the very beginning the Father sent His personal
light into the world so that mankind would see and know that there is
something greater than ourselves, and that if we are to become like our
Father, we must shed all evil from within our souls. He even sent us
His only Son to walk upon this dark and dying earth so that we might see
His wonderful light and follow Him home. We are captives of this earth
which is falling further and further away from the Father into the
eternal darkness, but the Father still reaches out to us, even in these
last hours, because He loves us. But will we take His hand, will we
receive His gift of eternal life which comes through His only begotten
Son, Jesus the only Christ?

I hope that each of us will recognize the wonderful gift, which the
Father gave us on the first Christmas morning some 2000 years ago.
Because of that day, our evil can be wiped away, as the tears of a pure
and loving heart clings to the only Christ who can save us. Jesus loved
us from the beginning, and He still loves us now. It is not our
goodness which saves us, it is the goodness of Christ within us.

Merry Christmas to you all, and may the love of Christ fill your souls,
just as the Father planned for us from the very beginning.

Why Was Jesus a Jew?

The following question has come up again, so I thought I would share it
with you to see if you see things differently.

"Why would God send His Son Jesus to be a Jew, and not let the Jews know
who Jesus really was?"

The Father did let the Jews know who Jesus really is, starting with the
Virgin Mary, the first twelve disciples, and of course St. Paul who was
a major persecutor of the early Jewish Christians. Had the Jews not
heard and believed first, then there would be no Christianity in the
world today. Christ ministered first to our Jewish brothers and
sisters, and He told them to go into the entire world baptizing all who
would hear and believe. Not all of the Jews who heard in those first
days did believe, just as they will not all hear and believe the
disciples of Christ today. Not all will hear the voice of their Father
within them, as Jesus said, "my sheep will hear my voice, and they will
follow me." There are many thousands of Jewish Christians today who
have heard Christ's voice, just as their gentile brothers and sisters
have done. However, we should never forget that it was our Jewish
brothers and sisters who first found favor in the eyes of the Father,
and He entrusted them with His only begotten Son. They have done well
in following Christ's example, even in laying down there own lives for
their faith and love for the Father and His only begotten Son. The
Jewish sheep did hear the Master's voice, and they followed Him around
the world. But our Christ will soon return, and then ever knee will
bow, and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. There are
no Jews, there are no Christians, there are only the children of the
Father, and they hear their Father's wonderful voice.

Matthew 12:50
"For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the
same is my brother, and sister, and mother."

So who is the Jew, or the chosen one in the sight of the Father? The
one who does the will of the Father.

My Search

Lord I have searched, for You from the very start,
Because I heard Your voice, there in my heart.

I looked to science, to prove that You live,
Even though I could see Your handiwork, in the oceans, skies, and in the hills.

I studied the written word, to take my doubts away,
But it was still not enough, to show me the way.

Then one day, out of the blue,
You say Child I am here, and I love You.

All my doubts, suddenly melted away that day,
Not because of what I had learned, but because of what You had to say.

It was You who proved to me, beyond the slightest doubt,
And all my needs to study, I can now live without.

That day You filled my soul, with Your love from above,
Love that no mortal man, could ever dream of.

It is You and You alone, who opens the doors to truth,
All I had to do was to ask, and to simply keep seeking You.

Lord let Your truth, now shine through me,
So others will stop searching, and simply turn their hearts to Thee.

Asking with a pure heart, they will then surly see,
That it is You who has chosen them, for eternity.

How do we know, that we belong to You,
It is that still small voice we think is within us, but it actually comes from You.

The End of Time

How often have you heard, time will soon be no more,
The world is coming to an end, the signs are at our very door.

The word of God has warned us, about the evil of mankind’s last days,
How mankind will turn to devils, and from our loving Lord they will stray.

Many will say these words have been heard for centuries, that doomsday will soon be here,
But those who said and believed it, are the only thing that has disappeared.

The evil in mankind’s heart will say, why should I believe in such myths,
They have warned us through the centuries, yet mankind’s logic still persists.

But let us stop for just a moment, to think of all those who have long sense pasted,
The sands of time no longer stands, in the chambers of their hourglass

For them the end has come, and for them this thing called time is no more,
They now stand at the end of time, they stand naked before the Father’s door.

So surely this earth of clay, will also soon pass away,
But on that day what is the difference, for the people who lived in a previous age?

The end of time will have come to all, just as the prophets have said,
Christ Jesus the Master of all heaven, will now rule over the time that we have had.

So when is the end of time for mankind, only the next heartbeat can tell,
The question is where will we spend eternity, in the Father’s heaven, or
in mankind’s eternal hell.

Lord, You servant waits.

Father, I’m listening!

Can’t you hear me child, there through all that daily noise,
It is your Father in heaven, knocking at your heart’s door .

I’ve called your name so often, but your are just to busy to hear,
I want to tell you how much I love you, and I want to draw you near.

But you race through life like a hamster, on his wheel spinning around,
Even in all of your travels, you steps back onto the same ground.

Standing there exhausted, you wonder how can this be,
Through all your earthly travels, you still stand naked here before me.

Why are you working so hard, you don’t have to please me,
I’ve loved you from the beginning, and I just want you to be like me.

But how will you ever know that, if you never take the time to hear,
I guess you will just keep running, until your wheel disappears.

Father, I’m listening!

If I took the Bible away

If I took the Bible away, I would not take away the Father’s word, it
has been here long before mankind learned to write their thoughts upon
paper. The word of God goes with us everywhere we go, day or night, He
is always there. Listen to the word of the Father, He will guild the
pure and loving heart, just as He did all the prophets of the
scriptures.

Signs of the times

Daniel 7:25
He shall speak pompous words against the Most High, Shall persecute the
saints of the Most High, And shall intend to (change times) and law.
Then the saints shall be given into his hand For a time and times and
half a time.

Happy daylight savings time change. It is important to know the times
in which we live. May the Father be there with you to guide you through
the darkness of our days.

Filthy Rag

My pride often tells me that I am worth while and of value, but the
spirit of the Father within me knows the truth, and through His eyes I
see that I am truly just a filthy rag having no value or worth. I am
truly useless and good for nothing on my own. My only hope and joy is
that my Father would have a dirty job where a filthy rag would be useful
to Him in cleaning up another filthy life. What amazes me most is that
the Father took the cleanest white cloth in all of His kingdom to clean
up the filthy mess in this sinners life. Without Jesus to wipe away the
filth, this rage would surely be good for nothing, and cast out
forever. Jesus did not have to come to wipe away my filth, but He did
so I too would be clean and white as snow when I stand before my
Father. To Jesus I owe it all, because no other rag could have cleaned
the filth from this sinner’s life.

Lord how I love You!

May you also experience the love of Jesus in your life.

Tomorrow

If I knew what tomorrow brings, what would I do today? Would I go about the work I had planned, or simply put it away?

Would I rejoice for the simple things the Father has given me over my many days, or would I stop to thank Him for the
greater things, which He is about to send my way. I don’t know what tomorrow brings, whether it will be sunshine or rain, but I know my Father will be there, and I have no reason to be afraid.

Compromise?

Compromise is the key to modern mankind’s survival, but it is death to
our soul. We try to place our own inadequate human reasoning into the
perfect mind of the Father, and we think He can change His words to suit
our modern philosophies. Each year we come up with a new scientific
theory, and we recreate our past and project our new future based on
these new understandings, but through it all, the Father’s word remains
unchanged. Jesus said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one
comes to the Father except through me”. But many cannot accept this and
they say that there are many ways to heaven, and all that is required is
to be a good person, Christ could not have meant what He said, so we
accept our compromise to justify our own rejection of the one truth. We
have tried to compromise the Father’s laws in countless ways, and
replace them with our own human amendments or laws. But as we look
around the world today, we no longer accept mans laws either, as we try
to compromise them to fit our own greedy desires. If given enough time
we will continue to compromise all that is good until there is no law at
all, and we will return to the animalistic nature of the will beast from
which we came. It will be the law of “survival of the fittest”.
Mankind no longer desires the leadership of the Father, so we lead
ourselves right back into the darkness from which we came. Christian,
hold fast to your first love, and follow the voice within your heart,
your Father is there and He alone will lead you home. Don’t compromise
the truth of Christ or your faith, for surely the way is narrow that
leads to the Father, and “few” will find the way.
